I'm going into my second year as a landlord of my SFH that is a student rental in the fall/spring and a weekly vacation rental in the summer.

Real Estate Goals

Our goal is to increase our cash flow on our first SFH. Once we have a solid ROI and some cash set aside for the rental, purchase additional SF rental homes near the college.
