I am a seasoned real estate investor, and I am married to a beautiful, intelligent, hard-working Real Estate Broker. We have two amazing sons aged 13 & 6 as of this writing. I spent 9 years (ending in January of 2009) as a mortgage lender. During my lending career I taught countless clients wealth building strategies primarily focused on real estate and investment grade insurance contracts. In addition I trained hundreds of Loan Officers how to serve their clients better.

I currently Specialize in Residential and Commercial Short-sale investing as well as Arizona Trustee foreclosure sales. In addition, I can to connect other investors with Hard Money and transactional funding.

I can help homeowners avoid foreclosure, and I try to reach out to as many as I can.

However, many homeowners don't seek help, and let their homes go to foreclosure.

For those properties, I can assist investors with the acquisition of actual trustee sale properties, including pre-auction research, drive-by photos and comments uploaded online, and bidding at the actual daily auctions.
