I am 30 years old, and live a in a rural area in Indiana, close to the Illinois state line. There are plenty of good deals in my area, and I am primarily a buy and hold investor. I only have 2 properties now, but I am finishing one and working on buying another.

I attempt to do a lot of the work myself as a bit of a hobby, which I really enjoy. I intend to keep purchasing properties to build a solid portfolio and retire sooner rather than later
