Started off as a bird dog.
Now I'm sole owner and president of Perseverance Group, LLC. Assigning owner financed contracts is my bread and butter so far.
Plan to enter rehab game soon.
I am in the process of building and expanding my wholesale business and working out my first few multi family deals.
It's amazing how fast great deals can be made once you meet the right people.

Real Estate Goals

Short term goals include investing in small wholesale and multi family properties. Will either hold or flip depending on the situation. I will take these profits and invest in bigger projects as they come.
Long term goal is to move into commercial properties and create reit's for the benefit of the public.
