Experience

Brad Podhajsky is a full-time Investor, Wholesaler, Author and Real Estate Broker. He is also the Principal of Investors Realty Resource (IRR), one of the largest and fastest growing real estate investment clubs in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Brad has been investing in real estate for over 8 years. He originally earned his real estate license in order to broker businesses along with real estate. His experience from reviewing and valuing hundreds of small businesses has given him unique insight into teaching students how to make a profitable business out of real estate investing â€“ not a hobby!

Brad have been involved in over 70 Fix and Flips, bought and sold over $6,000,000 in real estate in the last 30 months with virtually none of his own money and no risk, performed numerous â€œcreativeâ€ property acquisitions, as well as trained more than 150 students the same concepts and systems that he built their business on and still utilize today.
