Immi-Nest has a mission to assist our clients â€œimmigrateâ€ to â€œcomfortable nestâ€. We are private investors who help people move out of, or eliminate extra PITI responsibilities from their properties that they currently own but have stress in the ownership. We also help families move into new homes even if they can not qualify for a mortgage immediately for reasons such as personal credit, foreclosure, bankruptcy, debt to income ratio, lack of down payment, etc. but they are very likely to be responsible homeowners.

Experience

I had an opportunity to work as a mortgage loan officer since 2007 when the industry started to "tighten up". I learn to work through some tough deals for mortgage approval and also found some un-conventional ways to generate real estate transactions. I have been doing a lot of researches, studies, and networking with investors, contractors, appraisers, consultants, city planners and others to find ways to help people move in and out of their houses. We are starting in the New Orleans area with mostly residential and small apartment complex, and now have a lot of prospects. I just want to see that we can help as many clients as possible, and expand our services to other types of real estate and area.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to help many people solve their real estate problems and reach their goals and make a profit at the same time. I would like to establish good long term relationships with my sellers, buyers, and investors, and see that people have more money, pride, and freedom. Investing is my passion, my vehicle to financial freedom for my family and to offer assistant to those I care about.
