I am still new to investing...been in it a little over a year and have learned a ton! I am a Green Investment Consultant and Director of Marketing with In The Now Investments and we just completed our 160th real estate deal in the past 2 years. Learning more and more every day.

My goal is to create enough capital in the next year or two to fund my buy and hold deals so that my wife and I could retire, if we wanted to, by age 30!
