In my career I have worked with clients in all areas of residential sales, including:Foreclosures, Short Sales, Rentals, Personal Residence or Investment. I view real estate as an investment, whether as a homeowner whose primary interest is owning only their own home for the lifestyle and tax advantages to the investor who is actively seeking to fix and flip or hold to rent.
