CEO and Broker/Owner of InveSTAR Inc. InveSTAR has two divisions: InveSTAR Commercial (www.InveSTARCommercial.com) and coming soon InveSTAR Funding.

InveSTAR Commercial concentrates on financing for Commercial Properties. We want to help new investors buy their first commercial income property and experienced investors uncover hidden profits in new projects. InveSTAR Commercial can also act as a commercial real estate agent in the state of California and can provide commercial financing in most states.

InveSTAR Funding will focus on residential lending with a strong focus on building equity and helping both owner occupants and investors own property free and clear. We have been developing proprietary software that will be released later this year to help home owners build equity.

Real Estate Experience

Began doing lease options and assignment contracts. Have progressed to the point where I am pursuing Commercial investment property, as well as assisting other investors to obtain financing for their investment properties.

Real Estate Goals

Since I already own a successful business and live comfortably on that residual income, my focus will be to convert profits from my investment and brokerage activities to light industrial and retail NNN properties.

Within 5 years I hope to have a portfolio of between $50,000,000 and $65,000,000 worth of commercial investment property.
