Hello all I am a 31 yr old Deaf male that resides in Billings, MT. I own a cleaning business in the area and hoping to use the profits for real estate. I worked with carpentry for many years before opening up my business. I am married with 4 kids.

Experience

I purchased my primary residence 2 years ago. That pretty much consists my experience in real state.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to accumulate 10k cash flow from rental properties. I want to be able to take vacation or take a break from "working" when I want or need it. I want to use real estate to free up my time and that time will be used to be with family and friends. I will also actively seek good bargain deals to rehab and flip down the road once my cash flow better then it's present state.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking knowledge for now related to credit repair/fix/increase, and real estate. In about 6 months i will start seeking my first rental property and so far I am leaning toward a multi unit in my area(Montana).
