My name is Mike and I am a 28 year old investment specialist here in the Denver Metro region.

I am a licensed Realtor and full-time investor. I have a series 22 and series 63 license and have specialized in the capital markets as well as both rehabs and wholesaling for the last 6 years.

I have had some wonderful success with real estate and I have also made a lot of mistakes that have cost me, in some cases, millions!

Experience

Most of my real estate experience (7 years) has come in the form of fix-n-flips and wholesale deals. To date I have completed about 76 projects here in the Denver metro region.

For the last 4 years, I have had an emphasis on the capital markets and have held positions with both investment banks and private equity firms.

My days are mainly spent helping clients that are motivated towards acquiring their first real estate investments, or are looking for creative structuring to large advanced projects.

I am a licensed broker and take on clients IF I feel that I can help them!

My goals are fairly focused on clients and one project at this time.

1. I am looking for clients, both new and experienced who need assistance with the acquisition process of their investment plan.

2. I have been working for six months to develop a plan in launching an opportunity fund. This fund will be focused on he acquisition of defaulted mortgage notes and tax lien certificates.
