28. Work in investment industry. Currently own 1 rental and my primary residence. Looking for another property.
Experience
Purchased first home 2 weeks after graduating college. Purchased 2nd in March of 2008. Now renting out first home and living in the 2nd (which we plan on keeping for a while).
Real Estate Goals
Would eventually like to build up a decent real estate portfolio and quit the rat race!
