I have been researching the different avenues of real estate investing for about a year now. I have to say that after reading this website I have learned more "detail" than all the material I have read in the past year. Real Estate Goals

Short term goals are to wholesale properties and make 120k per year. Saving most of the money made to parlay myself into rehab investing. Ultimately I would like to own large (50+) multi-housing units or be a private lender, or both. I'm not picky just so that my kids can have a good life and I have enough passive income to pursue any other dreams that I may have along the way. ;)
