Real Estate Goals

My long-term goal is centered primarily around establishing cash flow, and I hope to have at least $15,000/month in RE passive income by my 30th B-day.

Short-term, I'm focused on creating liquidity through short-sale flips (listed and unlisted), along with REO's and other short-term buy/sell deals.

Currently Seeking

Currently seeking ALL investors looking to add HUGE returns and cash flow to their portfolio. Buy a property and do NOTHING but receive a monthly check. Most of our properties go for around $35,000, and will NET the investor roughly $500/month after all expenses. 100% turn-key; tenants & property management in place, no rehab needed.

I'm partial to Thompson Cigars ... Cuban Coronas & Friscos ... definitely not expensive, but I haven't found any I like better at twice the price or more
