I moved my family to the Asheville area in order to spend time with my newborn daughter. I saved up my bonus checks to purchase a home and allow myself one year away from the workforce. After 8 months of being Mr. Mom, I meet with Bobby Richardson CEO of Broadmoar Holdings Group about joining his Asset Manager team. Although I do not have a tremendous amount of real estate experience, I have always wanted to take the leap of faith and pursue an opportunity in real estate investment. I believe in honest business dealings, and through Bobby I have the mechanism to be successful with an integrity level that matches my own value system.

I was born in New York and moved to Atlanta when I was seven. At the age of 15 my family was relocated to London, England where I attend high school in Cobham, Surrey. Upon completion of high school, I moved back to Atlanta where I attended and graduated Emory University with a BA in Political Science. During my years in college, my parents moved to Singapore where I was fortunate enough to spend four months working for an American company which helped place Singaporean students in American Universities. After college I moved to Washington DC where I worked with Hyatt, Hilton, and American Express.

Now I might be based in the Asheville/Greenville area but I know the world is a small place and consider myself part of the global community. I believe in learning everyday and using every interaction as an opportunity to grow.

My motto in life would be 'You cannot steal second base with one foot still on first'.

Experience

My background is not in real estate but rather service and sales. I was recruited to be an Asset Manager for BroadMoar Holdings Group based on my ability to conduct myself with high level of integrity, provide excellent service, and listen to the needs of clients.

Broadmoar Holdings Group has generations of Real Estate experience with the ability to out together custom packages.

Real Estate Goals

My real estate goals:

1. Grow my knowledge and understanding of the entire industry on a daily basis.

2. Provide excellent service to establish a network of trusted real estate professionals and investors.

3. Establish a personal real estate portfolio as an income stream.

4. Branch into a role as a Managing Partner of one of Broadmoar's Real Estate Offices.

5. Provide a comfortable living for my family.
