The investors of Smithestate Consulting Group have used a variety of techniques to invest in all types of real estate. Our company is now purchasing real estate on a commercial level. In addition, we have been brokering loans for years but have taken things to another level brokering all types of commercial loans through a partner that has been processing the type of loans we close since 1974. The services we provide are very beneficial because we understand all sides of business, finance, and investments. Smithestate Consulting Group has a division called Smithestate Investments which was founded to serve the community in a completely different aspect of real estate developments. Smithestate Investments is designed to develop projects that will allow more job placement, provide temporary housing solutions to eliminate welfare, provide affordable childcare, and build new communitites in disadvantage communities on a nationwide spectrum.
