I have been in the finance industry for about 7 years now. I've done everything from bank analysis to disaster assistance SBA loans for Katrina victims. I have a Texas realtor license and I'm an investment associate at a full-service real estate investment firm called New Western Acquisitions.

I have wholesaled a few properties in the past and my job has me very intimately involved in every aspect of investment real estate, from rehab estimates to closings.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to sell over 5 distressed properties/mo to my investors. I want the majority of my homes to be sold through repeat/referral business, meaning I'm making my investors big money and helping them retire early!

Cash buyers in the Dallas area.

To give you more info, my company has 7 acquisition agents who buy or contract properties all over the Dallas area. These properties are then offered to our network of investors. All homes/multifams will have about 25-30% equity after purchase and repairs, so there's tons of room for a great rental or flip! All homes are distressed, so no conventional financing can be obtained -- only cash/LOC/hard money. We also loan hard money on our deals and have a realty division, New Western Realty, to help with your exit strategy.
