Co-Founded Meridian Pacific Properties, a Real estate investment company specializing in high return investment properties. We purchase, renovate, tenant and sell income producing properties principally in high cash flowing areas throughout the US. We also offer domestic and International real estate marketing and sales services. I am a CA Broker and am helping develop a wellness center in Costa Rica.

My aim is to help others succeed. I firmly believe that good deeds are rewarded. When I left corporate USA, I was unhappy to find a Real Estate industry plagued with many scam artists looking out only for themselves. I firmly believe in win-win, and will advise against investing in something I'm selling, if it doesn't meet my clients goals.

Investors, both experienced and starting whom are looking to educate themselves in the finer points of real estate investing. No pressure here. We educate and discuss the current economic climate and how it affects real estate. We have long term relationships with all of our investors, and work hard to earn their business and trust.
