I'm new to investing. I'm in the quick-cash, flipping contracts market.

Real Estate Experience

I don't have any real experience in real estate. I've read a few books, and now I'm ready to get started making deals.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to have at least 1 "birddogging" or "marketing/finders fee" deal every 2 weeks, or assign a contract that I made every 1-2 months.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking partners or investors with cash, who would like to take over deals that I find. I'm looking for any investors who like to fix & flip, or hold & rent/sell. I would love to work with you and find properties for you to rehab/rent/sell. I'm in the quick-cash business, so I will find and research properties for a finder's fee or contract assignment fee.
