Entreprenuership is in my blood, from both grandfather's owning businesses - an optrician and a lumber mill - to my father owning a sales and marking firm in my youth. After owning my own concert promotion company, I found myself running my father's convenience store until taking a job as a restaurant manager and joining the volunteer fire service.
Today, I'm a Captain and an EMT on that department and insurance sales executive that enjoys a fine cigar, playing golf, and time on my back deck with family and friends.
None as of yet, been on the outside and outskirts of a few deals.
I'm an experienced Insurance agent and have helped several clients with insuring their rentals, flips, complexes, and businesses.
End of 2010: form company, establish financing, make first purchase.
10-12 occupied rental units and enough wholesale and flip deals done to know if I want to move into those fields as well (3-6 each) by end of 2011.
A lender to partner with.
