Real Estate Investor and professional Austin Home Buyer in the greater Austin Area. I currently work in short-term residential investing, ie. fix n' flip and wholesaling. I enjoy purchasing houses in poor condition and buying "ugly houses" and then doing higher end remodels on homes that are typically 20-40 years old. The name of my business is I Buy Austin Houses.

Rehabbed and flipped 32 houses as well as wholesaling and staging for other investors. I also assist my wife in bank short sales for her company, Austin Area Short Sales.

Desiring to rehab and flip 8-10 properties per year and wholesale 25 per year. Also desiring to close 50 short sale listings for 2012.
