I have been a full time investor as well as a real estate coach for the past five years. I have had the opportunity to work with investors around the U.S. I have had experience in Rehabbing, leasing, seller financing, land development and new construction. I am currently working as the real estate liaison for Wasatch Ventures. Our main focus is low risk and high return opportunities.
