I am an active investor as well as a real estate agent. My focus is on finding properties that have equity and cashflow, and matching them with investors.
We have recently opened a California Brokerage called California eBroker. This brokerage is a virtual office, providing web based business systems, marketing materials, training, mentoring and LOW transaction fees. No split commissions. Agents keep 100% of their commissions.

My husband and I have been buying, rehabbing, selling, landlording and assigning residential real estate for the past 10 years.
We've worked with many contractors, subcontractors, agents, lending institutions, short sales, pre-foreclosures, HUD and numerous joint venture partnerships.
