My experience is pretty basic, until this point if I saw a good deal for a flip I would buy it and let my construction crew do the flip when we were slow. I have been wanting to down size the construction company and go into the flipping and buy and hold for a while now.

My goals and expectations of myself are to start out slow and finish strong. And by that I mean I don't want to over extend myself until I know what I'm doing or have someone that does by my side teaching me. So to start off I'm going to be doing a bit of BIRDDOGGIN.

I am seeking investors, lenders, mentors, wholesalers, and people who just like to have good old fashion fun sometimes.
