I started in real estate in 1982 and currently hold a Texas Brokers License. I am a RealtorsÂ® and member of the North Texas Association of Commercial RealtorsÂ®, Metrotex Association of RealtorsÂ®, Texas Association of RealtorsÂ® and the Appraisal Institute. I have a degree in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University. I have over 1000 hours of advanced education in valuation, development, finance and marketing of property. Primarily I practice Commercial Real Estate with a lot of focus in Land, Hospitality and Office. Secondarily we started purchasing residential pre-foreclosures in 2000 itâ€™s a money maker. I operate as a Broker and Principal.

1982-2008 Brokerage, Management and Leasing of commercial properties. The Turn-Around of Stigmatized Property like an Apartment Complex or Foreclosed Hotel. Purchase of development land and subdivision of the land. Assembly of land for Agricultural, Industrial and Development. Turn Key Restaurants (Chinese Buffet, Franchise, New Theme etc) Purchase of office and retail as principal of syndication. Sale of those properties. Purchase, Valuation and Sale of residential pre-foreclosures and Auction Properties.
