Real Estate Goals

Goals are to fix and flip over 20 homes next year. I will accomplish this goal in 2011 by direct marketing, building my buyers list, continue to work with REO agents and wholesale deals for assignment fees until I find a good fix and flip deal, cherry pick from there.
