About four years ago I flipped a condo in West Phoenix made a good sum of money out of the deal. Had trouble finding another property to flip so I got into personal training after making very little money training I joined the Navy. I got out of the Navy Oct 21 2009 and realized that it's a great time to start fixing and flipping houses. A family member funded my first deal back. I purchased a home in Mesa,AZ for 62,000 from a trustee sale. I got into the house 11-25-2009 and started the rehab process. It took me a little over three months to rehab and i put 22,000 dollars into the rehab. The property was posted on MLS Feb 28 2010 and I hope to sell it for 119,900.

To make a fixing and flipping houses my main source of income.
