I am 22yrs old and i currently own and operate a successful pizza place called Westside Pizza in Anacortes WA. I also am part owner in the franchise company for Westside Pizza.

As far as real estate goes I am still in the learning mode, but I am gaining both knowledge and confidence. I spend my free time studying real estate/ property management books, speaking with real estate investors in my area and online prying what knowledge i can from them.

The area of real estate i am most interested in is multi-family although I always keep my eyes open. My strategy thus far, its always evolving, is buy & hold with the goal of pyramiding up using refis and 1031 exchanges.
