I have recently moved into the Part-Time Investor category, moving up from the newbie ranks.

Although most of my time deals with rentals (residential properties; however, I am now looking to expand into the commercial side, focusing on multi-units and self-storage), I do wholesale, rehab and tax sales (lien & deed) as well.

Real Estate Experience

I have been investing in Single Family Homes and Tax Sales over the past few years. Recently, I have gotten into wholesaling, short-sales and rehabs.

Real Estate Goals

Recently, I have teamed up with 1 other investor to create BC Property Acquisitions, LLC.

Our goal is to continue wholesaling and rehabbing to help increase the number of rental properties we have (both, residential & commercial).
