Hello everyone,

I am not actually in the field yet but I am in the process of learning everything that I can about Investing so that I can comfortably pursue one day really soon. I want to start out wholesaling investment properties so that I can gain the knowledge that I will need to eventually transition into actually rehabbing and seling these investment properties myself. I welcome any and every advice from any and everyone. I am very new at this but Im hoping one day to become an expert
