I am a real estate investor out of Miami focusing on wholesaling, REO's and distressed properties. I am extremely passionate at what I do from business, to sports, to church, to spending time and enjoying life. The main purpose of why I do what I do is... to make money, and be prosperous (I have to be honest, anyone that has a business, is in business to produce.) Therefore, I love producing and getting better at what I do is important. My second reason of why I do what I do is my personal satisfaction of doing this business and knowing that I can assist others in find great real estate opportunities. One thing I learned is that I am not in the Real Estate business, I am in the people business. This business is all about networking, building relationships and expanding my circle of influence. That’s why I love this business so much, and hopefully Bigger Pockets will be just another tool to assist me in expanding my possibilities of excelling more and more each day. I look forward to meeting a lot of excellent people here, and taking on lots of opportunities.
