I am a realestate agent and hvac contractor. I have been active in realestate for 5 years as an agent, and 20 years as an hvac contractor. Looking to focus more on purchasing multi unit bldgs and some wholesaling for quick capital
Real Estate Goals
My goals are to purchase several small apartment bldgs and then move into retail and commercial bldgs. Once that is acomplished I would love to teach others how to be successful in realestate.
