In my own words...

Well, what can I say, I been a smart kid all my life because I could not find anything else to do but read and study. Most of the times when other teens were playing and having parties I was studying and doing deals or causing Havoc lol. I started doing real estate when I was really young, seems like a lot of BS until people meet my first phase investors lol. I like to help people and make money for the work I do. I like playing games and on the computer, best of all is making deals and hanging around with my friends. I drink a lot of pop, mostly Dr.Pepper lol. I say lol a lot, I use to only say ha ha ha ha a lot but now its just lol xD

I only sleep about 1hour -5 hours a day which a doctor said I should be dead lol. But I do all my work very quick and do not like to go slow or I will get bored and knock out. xD

Real Estate Experience

Well hmmmm. I worked with just about every single piece of Real Estate, not to much in the Development side of Real Estate but am getting in the business one step at a time. I have completed about 100+( just a little over) single families flips. I have bird dogged for many people. I have helped sell short sales, sold pre-foreclosures, foreclosed houses, probate houses, Luxury houses, pieces of land. I have marketed for people and have helped with accounting for people businesses to get their finances in order before I helped sell their business and they move on. I have helped Rehab houses(meaning I was the one that fixed the inside and/or outside) I have helped buy and sell rehab houses, minor, major and houses that were in code violation with the city. Helped with legal matters because people didnt know that you have a permit to work on certain things in their rehabbed houses lol. I have done a few other things but I might run outta space or something. O, also, the INVESTING FOCUS up top, I didnt put anything cause I work in all of them besides Debt Investing but as said with the Developments, working toward it one step at a time. B)

Real Estate Goals

To help out everyone that has helped me succeed . I want to make at least 10M by the end of this year. To many aspirations to list. Lol
I think the only person that will fail in Real Estate is the one that will quit because its too hard.

Currently Seeking

I am looking or both Residential and Commercial Buyers and Sellers, I also deal with commodities and working toward helping directors get funding for movie making.Looking for some people that are interested in buying large commercial construction properties, development projects(student housing, residential, office, etc...) Trying to find people that want to buy pre-foreclosures, foreclosed properties, short sales, and probates. Looking for Multi-Family properties to assign. Looking for new investors to add to my list, retail buyers, and buyers looking for a great investment. I also deal with Oil&Gas and many other Commodities. Just have to let me know what your looking for or selling. If you have any Oil Fields selling at the 20M+ range LET ME KNOW ASAP!!! I can help out answer questions for others new to real estate or pro that might have something other they need to know, generally if I cant find the answer, give me a few minutes and I can find it. Also looking for some new partners to help me and I help them gain some profit in the fun world of Real Estate.
