Ocean Avenue Investment Partners, Inc. was formed to help home buyers recover from one of the worst financial crises in the United States by putting the power of home ownership back into the buyer's hands. We are purchasing homes directly off the bank's balance sheets and financing buyers directly, who would no longer qualify with more stringent lending requirements currently in place. Our goal is to simplify the purchasing process but still provide home buyers opportunities where few opportunities for ownership currently exist.
