I have been a successful residential real estate for the last 11yrs. and have decided to change paths due to the downward spiral of that market. I have recently been hired to work with a commercial real estate company. The owners recently sold their very successful residential real estate company that specialized in reo & foreclosures. They feel the next wave will be in the commercial market and therefore have opened Atlanta Valuations Commercial Real Estate. I am here to learn all I can to become successful in the commercial reo & foreclosure market. Any help is much appreciated.
