Provide jobs for at risk youth by having them do
minimal cosmetic work on homes.

Have a portion of the profits create scholarships for at risk youth.

I will transition into commercial real estate after
having satisfactory results with SFR.

Sustainable housing has caught my interest and is on the back burner marinating some ideas.

Pretty Houses,
Ugly Houses,
Owner Financed deals,
accidental rentals,
subject 2 deals,
Fixers,
Expired Listings,
& Turn Key Properties that can't sell.

Investor friendly agents.

More buyers and sellers... can never have too many.

Other creative people in business.
