My goals are:
--Close several wholesale deals over the next two years in order to build up capital
--Aquire buy and hold properties (duplexes, triplexes, and quadruplexes) in the Denver area
--Have enough passive income coming in from investments to cover expenses so that I can do the work I love without worrying about the paycheck
