Lavell has been helping new and experienced investors get started successfully in real estate investing since 1997. Lavell has over 8 years of investing experience himself and over 10 years of lending experience.

Lavell started his career in banking at Washington Mutual Bank back in the late 1990's. Where he worked with investors and community groups putting loan packages together for them to submit to the bank. Many of his clientele where investors who had a lot of property and this called for creative ways to package these types of loans.

During this time Lavell quickly became known as one having expertise at putting together creative loan packages and getting them funded. So much so that several of his clients convinced him to start his own business as a mortgage broker and promised to give him all their business.

Soon after launching his own mortgage business in 2000, Lavell decided that, he too, wanted to become an active real estate investor. So he went to several of his most succesful and active investor clients and offered them a proposal. He offered to not charge them any more loan fees on thier deals as long as they would teach him thier investing strategies.

It was one of these investors that taught Lavell how to do his first real estate deal- A NO MONEY DOWN DEAL at that! This particular investor was doing a seemingly impossible amount of business, buying, selling, and building MORE THAN 200 homes a year!! In a DOWN MARKET!! All out of a small three man office!! Making MILLIONS!!

That was all the inspiration he needed. Since then, Lavell has participated in numerous deals both large and small. From residential to commercial. From buying and selling to building and developing. His experience and knowledge base covers just about everything when it comes to real estate and lending.

Lavell recently launched a new program called 'The Dreamkeepers Homebuying Program'. The mission is to create affordable housing for anyone who desires it. And to help put an end to the problem of homelessness in america.

Through his mentorship program, he's also made it his goal to create 100 new real estate millionaires over the next decade!!
