Lee has been a Florida Realtor in the Orlando area since 1994. With a background in technology, he tried a number of different careers, including a personal lines Insurance Agent, and Dairy Manager, but never really found his niche until now.

He is included among the top two percent of Realtors in Central Florida, and within Watson Realty Lee has remained in the Top 20 in Production from 2000-2007. His professional designations include “CRS” (Certified Residential Specialist) and “GRI” (Graduate REALTOR® Institute).

Lee's specialty is in residential real estate in Orlando and surrounding Orange, Seminole and Lake Counties. Assisted by his wife Gina, also a licensed Florida Realtor, they have built a successful business in the area.

Lee is the type of agent who looks out for his customer's best interests and will even caution buyers on questionable house purchases. He's a good problem solver and prides himself on a calm demeanor, even during the most stressful bargaining situations. This attitude has successfully resulted in a loyal following of repeat customers who consider him their "realtor for life". In fact the bulk of Lee's business comes from repeat customers or referrals.
