Stephen E. McKee made the move to MM Real Estate in 2011. As a result of his wide range of experience, Stephen took on the role of training newly hired agents. Since joining MM Real Estate, he has also played a key role in the rebranding and marketing of the company. In addition, he runs a sales team of Realtors throughout the Inland Empire to help investors acquire and resell real estate for a consistent profit. “My goal is to help build a well-rounded office capable of handling absolutely any real estate need.” -S. McKee
Like most well-rounded professionals, Mr. McKee started at the bottom and worked his way up. In 2003, he began his career in real estate as a delivery driver for Chicago Title. At the time, thanks to an excellent sales staff, Chicago Title was a market share leader in the Inland Empire. After two years, he worked his way to the head of Chicago Title’s Riverside customer service branch. During his tenure, Mr. McKee built career changing relationships with top Realtors, bankers, and investors in the region.
Mr. McKee then seized the opportunity to leap in real estate sales in 2005. After considering several offers, he accepted a job with one of the Inland Empire’s top sales people, Diane Aronov. Diane is tough as nails and the self proclaimed “queen of the cheap seats”. At the time Diane was selling $25-$30 million dollars worth of small three bedroom houses per year. Stephen trained under and worked with Diane through the biggest changes the economy has seen in real estate in 15 years. The experience gave him a set of skills few agents are fortunate enough to learn.
Well trained and acutely aware of the current market condition, Mr. McKee went searching for the next market leader. Lance Martin, with his previous REO relationships, was one of the next real estate market makers in the Inland Empire. In 2007, Mr. McKee made the move to Coldwell Banker - Pioneer. For over three years Stephen helped future homeowners and investors find specific properties they were seeking while protecting investor’s financial interests. Mr. McKee also had a successful BPO business, worked on several REO accounts, and flipped properties regularly.
In July of 2010, Germania contracted Mr. McKee to build the marketing and structure for a residential real estate firm. Over a span of six months he was able to build, brand, and structure a turn-key business for Germania.
With a universal structure in hand, Mr. McKee partnered with Will McGhee at MM Real Estate Services to expand their buyers team, rebrand the company image, and create solutions to market to other local real estate companies.
