I am an entrepreneur to the core. I like the challenge of figuring things out whether it be how to structure a contract, obtain financing, creatively sell a property or build investment funds. I have been married to my wife Julie since 2004. We have 4 wonderful kids. I really enjoy reading, sports, my job and learning God's word with my whole family.

Experience

I started off as a real estate agent selling new construction in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I got my feet wet investing when I was 22 by purchasing a townhouse which my uncle now rents. I spent the next 5 years working many aspects of the REO business. In January 2010 I decided to invest full time. I started my company, rehabbed and sold 5 houses, and bought another 4 as long term holds.


Real Estate Goals

This year I would like to purchase 24 properties to fix and flip and another 12 as long term rental properties.

Below market rehabs, discounted notes, long term rentals, and hard working real estate agents for my brokerage I am opening!
