I have been investing in mobile homes and mobile home parks for 5 years. I started by reading Lonnie Scruggs book "Deals on Wheels". The book definitely changed my life. I went on to buying more Lonnie deals and then purchased my first mobile home park (20 spaces). I have bought several more MH Parks since.
