I am a REALTOR and my husband is a builder. We have three homes, two in Florida and one on Cape Cod, MA.

We are looking for an investor--serious one--who might be interested in a great opportunity to go in on these homes and help us out of an extremely tight monetary situation!

Other than that, I would like to talk with any investors interested in taking advantage of the prices here in central Florida (Brevard County). Prices now are running at the same rate as 2001-2002, so if you have the money, you are in a prime position to take advantage of one of the loveliest areas of Florida!
