In my own words...

I live in Niagara Falls, NY and I'm a recent graduate from high school. I've begun reading several books regarding investing and i'd like to learn alot more.

Mainly im looking to learn about investing from the rehabbing aspect. However i understand there are many more opportunities in wholesaling and buy&hold strategies.

Real Estate Experience

I take a NY salesperson licensing course now and should have my license within the next month. I read many books about a variety of topics in RE.

Real Estate Goals

Someday i wanna own my own R.E firm that rehabs properties full time. Right now my current goal is to get my first deal done before i turn 20!!
