I am 31 years old and a full time real estate investor located in Springfield MA. My company, Hampden Homebuyers, buys and sells 2-3 properties per month. We specialize in rehabbing condemned and fire damaged properties.

Experience

I became interested in RE Investing while still in college. I got my Real Esate agents license and did my first deal when I was 24. I spent a few years doing a couple deals here and there but lacked consistency. Once I figured out how to effectvily maket for deals three years ago the business began to take off!


Real Estate Goals

Do 30+ deals in 2011. Set the business up to run on auto pilot so I can travel and relax.


Currently Seeking

Rehab properties in the greater Springfield, MA area. Private Investors looking to make a better return on their money.
