I am a real estate investor specializing in acquiring properties below market value, usually with seller financing, and holding them as rentals. I sometimes wholesale or rehab properties but am still working on becoming more successful at those strategies.

I also work with Local Real Estate Deals to promote their website, magazine, and (going live soon!) Dot TV site to investors and investor groups across the nation, as well as build awareness of the Million Home Challenge in a national endeavor to create 1,000,000 happy new homeowners through an educational platform.

In addition, it has been my good fortune to have been elected president of the Richmond RING group in 2008 and I have very much enjoyed the education, networking, and business opportunities it brings to me and the members. I look forward to growing my real estate investment business and forming new contacts and business relationships over the coming years.

Experience

I have done a little wholesaleing and one minor rehab, am buying and holding using seller financing and alternative financing methods. Currently also working with Local Real Estate Deals Media in their efforts to bring local real estate investors together in a national multimedia forum.
