Investing in real estate since my sophomore year in college through property tax, HUD, and conventional loan foreclosures. Purchased first mobile home park in 2004. Started selling real estate in Aug. 04 the day after I graduated Florida State with degrees in real estate and finance. Received broker license in Oct. 05. Have sold over $50MM of inventory since. Started Cities & Shores Realty, Nov. 07 because I believe consumers want cheaper real estate services and that marketing efforts of agents are usually costly and futile.

I would like to become a real estate developer with a concentration on Affordable and Workforce Housing within the next 12 months. My business plans for my brokerage are to expand my services throughout all states that have mutual recognition with Florida and provide discount and rebate services to each client who does business with my offices.
