Very little experience in realty investment. I've purchased many programs but haven't been able to fully utilize their information.

Real Estate Goals

To fix & flip at least 2 - 4 homes this year with a ROI of 15+ per flip, then increase F & F in future years. Also turn part of profits into residual income buy purchasing multi family & commercial properties.
