I moved down to San Diego July of 09' from Sacramento. I flipped short sales in Sacramento for profits. I am coming across many wholesale deals that I would like to raise private money and flip. I am here to make contacts, get more education and run deals across the seasoned investors on here.
Experience
We flipped 7 short sales in Sacramento area and now have focused in San Diego after moving down here in August of 09. The reason for the move was for better quality of life (the beach and weather). Investing has been a safe haven for me and is my therapy. I am looking forward to being active on BP and meeting others who share my same vision, passion, work ethic. I am young, energetic, disciplined and coachable!
