In my own words...

I specialize in private commerical and some residental real estate lending. Our niche is we are a direct lender and also have various platform lending programs.

I've recently joined companies with another group out of VA/CA to gain access to Bulk REO puchasing. We specialize in the buying, selling and trade of Bulk REO, Notes, MTN's, BG's and distressed Commerical/Developer liquidations.

We now have multiple direct bank and financial institutions from which we can purchase these assets.

Real Estate Experience

Personally, I am an investor at heart. I've owned a real estate investment company in the Charlotte area for about two years now with a partner. Our company Sweet Home Charlotte NC keeps us in touch with our roots and helps us to fully understand the market from all angles. Not just as a lender but also as a buyer.

Real Estate Goals

While not all "deals" are deals, it is my goal to always put the best effort into all files presented to me. I believe that in the current market, if all parties are willing, hard work and perseverance always pays in the end.
